Cancellation Policy

We want cancellation to be straightforward. If WealthOrbit isn't the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalties. This page explains how cancellation works, what happens to your account data, and when changes take effect.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on WealthOrbit (wealthorbit.live). Free-tier accounts do not require cancellation.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your WealthOrbit subscription at any time through: 1. Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan from your dashboard. 2. Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@wealthorbit.live from your registered email address. 3. Support: Contact our support team via the Help Centre or at support@wealthorbit.live. No cancellation fees are charged.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. You will continue to have full access to premium features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free tier. No further charges will be made.

What Happens to Your Data

After cancellation, your data is handled as follows: - Watchlists and portfolio data are retained for 90 days on the free tier, then archived. - AI analysis history and saved reports are retained for 30 days after downgrade. - Account credentials and profile information remain intact so you can re-subscribe at any time. - If you wish to delete your account and all associated data entirely, please submit a data deletion request to privacy@wealthorbit.live.

Auto-Renewal

All WealthOrbit subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. A reminder email is sent 7 days before auto-renewal. If you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

Downgrading Plans

If you wish to switch to a lower-tier plan instead of cancelling entirely, you can do so from your Account Settings. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Any difference in pricing is not refunded for the current period.

Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in and selecting a plan from the Subscription page. Previously saved data (within the retention periods above) will be restored. Reactivation is treated as a new subscription for billing purposes.

Termination by WealthOrbit

WealthOrbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in abuse, or are involved in fraudulent activity. In such cases, refunds are not provided and data may be deleted immediately.

How do I cancel my WealthOrbit subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings page. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month charges apply after cancellation.

What happens to my data after I cancel?

Your saved watchlists, portfolios, and preferences are retained for 90 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything will be restored. After 90 days, your account data is permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy. You can also request immediate data deletion by contacting support.
