By accessing or using WealthOrbit ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. WealthOrbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational, and educational purposes. You may view market data, use calculators, track portfolios, and interact with AI features within the limits of your subscription plan. You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or commercially exploit any data or content from the Platform without explicit written permission.

You may not: (a) use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Platform; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) use the Platform for any illegal activity; (f) share your account credentials with others; (g) attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions.

WealthOrbit provides market data, AI-generated analysis, and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell securities. AI-generated insights are algorithmic outputs and may contain errors. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for annual plans. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Live data delays depend on exchange policies and your subscription tier. Historical data is provided as-is. WealthOrbit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. IPO-related data including GMP estimates are unofficial and should not be relied upon for investment decisions.

AI features (market summaries, recommendations, Q&A) are powered by machine learning models. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information. AI recommendations are not endorsed by WealthOrbit and should not replace professional financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

All content, design, code, logos, and branding on WealthOrbit are owned by Global Synapse Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission. Market data sourced from exchanges is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

WealthOrbit and Global Synapse Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on data or AI outputs, investment decisions made based on Platform content, or service interruptions. The Platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service with reasonable notice. During market hours, we prioritize data delivery and system stability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data export may be requested within 30 days of termination. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (liability, IP, dispute resolution) shall survive.
