Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with WealthOrbit. If something isn't right, this page explains our refund eligibility criteria, how to submit a refund request, and the timelines you can expect for processing.

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on WealthOrbit (wealthorbit.live). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these refund terms.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are considered under the following circumstances: - You purchased a paid subscription and request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date (cooling-off period). - A technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing paid features for an extended period, and we were unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner. - You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate transaction. Refunds are not available after the 7-day cooling-off period, for partially used billing periods, or for free-tier accounts.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@wealthorbit.live with: - Your registered email address - Subscription plan name and purchase date - Payment transaction ID or receipt - Reason for the refund request We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. WealthOrbit is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Promotional Offers & Discounts

Subscriptions purchased at a promotional or discounted rate are eligible for refund only of the amount actually paid. Free trial periods that convert to paid subscriptions are subject to the standard refund terms above. If you received bonus credits or features as part of a promotion, these will be revoked upon refund.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue a partial or pro-rated refund at our discretion. This applies when a significant portion of a billing period has elapsed, or when a service disruption affected only a portion of the subscription term.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: - Any subscription after the 7-day cooling-off period - One-time purchases (e.g. report downloads, API credits) once delivered - Charges for months where the service was used/accessed - Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

Changes to This Policy

WealthOrbit reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the current refund terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Am I eligible for a refund on my WealthOrbit subscription?

Refund eligibility depends on when you request it. If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively used premium features, you are generally eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscriptions that have been renewed are typically not eligible for refunds for the current billing period.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated from our end. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, contact your payment provider or reach out to our support team.
